Margie William's Picture.

Margaret (“Margie”) Younce Williams practices in the areas of Trust and Estate Planning (including planning for small businesses, asset protection, and individuals with special needs). She works closely with each of her clients to determine their wishes and crafts a plan specifically tailored to suit their individual needs. Margie offers flat rate quotes and spends most of her time drafting Last Wills & Testaments, Trusts (revocable, irrevocable and special needs, among others), Powers of Attorney, Advanced Directives, Deeds, and Limited Liability Company Agreements.

Margie is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Mobile (President 2023, Vice-President 2022, Secretary 2021, Treasurer 2020, member since 2016), and a member of the Mobile Bay Association of Women Lawyers (President 2014, Vice-President 2013, Treasurer 2012, Secretary 2011, member since 2010).

Margie was born in Mobile and attended Julius T. Wright's school for girls in kindergarten before the school joined University Military School and became UMS-Wright Preparatory School. After graduating from UMS-Wright, she received her B.S. in Accounting and her MBA within four years at the University of Mobile (magna cum laude) before attending law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Before graduating in 2007 and moving back to Mobile, she took advantage of various study abroad programs, traveled the world and visited many exciting places, including Capri, Pompeii, Rome, Ibiza, Paris, Ireland, Wales, England, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, and others.

Her mother still lives in Margie's childhood home. Margie and her husband have two children, who attend UMS-Wright, and they are active members of Cottage Hill Baptist Church, where they regularly volunteer in the nursery.

When they aren't traveling for sporting events, Margie and her family enjoy their time relaxing together on Dog River and at their hunting camp in Washington County.
